User Data Deletion

If you signed in to Breathway with Facebook or shared personal information with us, you can use the instructions below to request deletion of your data.

How to request deletion

  1. 1Email hello@breathway.io with the subject line "User Data Deletion Request."
  2. 2Send the request from the email address linked to your Breathway account, or include your full name and the email address used with Facebook Login.
  3. 3We will confirm your request and delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, unless we are required to keep limited records for legal or security reasons.
  4. 4Deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days.

Facebook connection removal

You can also remove Breathway from your Facebook account by going to Facebook Settings, then Apps and Websites, selecting Breathway, and choosing Remove. Removing the app from Facebook stops future data sharing, but it does not automatically delete information already held by Breathway, so please email us as well if you want your account data deleted.
